Jordan Matrisian

Jordan began riding shortly after birth and joined a formal lesson program at the age of two. She began showing competitively at the age of four. During her junior years, she amassed experience in the hunters, jumpers, equitation, medals, and derbies while importing and reselling top-quality German horses. Jordan is a highly skilled rider, trainer, and instructor who currently focuses primarily on jumpers. She has worked with top trainers like Gry and Ian McFarlane, Brian Wee, Jenni and Steve McAllister, Morgan Caplane, and Danielle Appley, as well as top clinicians like Joe Fargis and Andrew Ramsay.

Jordan is passionate about showing and feels most alive in the competition arena but loves all equine activities. She is very driven to become a top professional and has a genuine love for horses. Jordan has a strong commitment to horse care and doing things correctly. She does not sacrifice doing what’s right for each horse in order to be competitive. She is a true horsewoman and continues to refine her skills and knowledge in the horse business. She is working toward competing on the world stage and loves teaching others how to compete successfully.
