Full Board         $1000/mo.

Partial Training Board (2-3 interactions/week) $1500

Full Training Board or Sales Consignment Board (4-5 interactions/week) $1750

Come train with us at our facility conveniently located in Reddick near Sweet Dixie South. We offer full care with 24 hour on-site staff.

What’s Included:

-12 x 12 matted stalls w/ fans and automatic Nelson waterers

-Shavings added as needed daily

-Grain included once daily of (mostly) non-GMO/organic whole-food grain

-2 feedings of top quality Timothy and/or Alfalfa hay (up to 3 flakes daily included in price); additional offered at extra cost

-Soaked hay pellets (Timothy/Alfalfa) at lunch time for all horses (equal to 1 flake of hay)

-Daily turnout (weather-permitting) in grass paddocks w/ owner-provided fly masks/sheets/winter sheets/blankets/boots as requested and appropriate

-Overnight sheeting/blanketing as appropriate

-Laundering of horse laundry as needed

-Covered grooming areas

-Large flat grass riding area with jumps (jumping only allowed w/ trainer present in lessons)

-All basic grooming and care supplies provided (brushes, fly spray, basic bandages, mane/tail spray, fungus treatment, liniment, ice boots)

-Basic clipping/grooming (mane pulling/trimming, fetlocks, pasterns, and socks clipped, tail docking, shortening of whiskers/ears if desired

-Management of routine care appointments (vet/farrier/dentist/bodyworker)

-Access to locked air-conditioned/heated tack room w/ sink for tack cleaning and refrigerator (to be completed soon)

-Hot/cold wash rack (to be completed soon)

-Secure gate-coded entrance (to be completed soon)

-Monitored surveillance throughout farm to ensure security of horses
